Lifetime Warranty
Pyramid Inc. hereby warrants Pyrathane® belts and cord to be free from defects in manufacture and workmanship. Pyramid Inc. agrees to furnish the purchaser, without charge, F.O B. our manufacturing facility, the replacement of any belt or cord manufactured by Pyramid Inc., provided the purchaser gives Pyramid Inc. immediate notice in writing and our examination of the returned goods proves the claim that such materials or parts were defective due to a manufacturing defect. Other than the above, there are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Consequential damages of any sort are wholly excluded.
The liability of Pyramid Inc. will be limited to the replacement of any defective part. All installation costs relative to any warranted part will be at the expense of the purchaser.
The warranties specified above do not cover, and Pyramid Inc. makes no warranties which extend to, damage to these products due to deterioration or wear occasioned by chemicals, abrasion or corrosion; purchaser's misapplication, abuse, alteration, belt welds, operation or maintenance; abnormal conditions of temperature or dirt; or use of the belt or cord in an otherwise improper manner.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
