Belt Welder
The Handi-Weld Kit. This new and improved urethane belt welder kit allows you to splice, or create, your own belts … when you need them … at your site … using our industry proven round or flat Pyrathane® polyurethane extrusions. Handy for prototyping or quick repairs.

** Wand temperatures are preset specifically for polyurethane.

The Handi-Weld Kit will weld round extrusions measuring from 1/16" (.062") up to 3/4" (.750") in diameter. An optional adapter is available that enables the Handi-Weld to weld flat extrusions measuring from 1/32" (.030") up to 3/16" (.187") in thickness, and up to 2" in width.
